Great Location, Spacious and Bright,Top Floor

Perfect location to roam the city and its surroundings, with quick access to all means of public transport, trains and the shuttles to and from all city's airports. Comfortable and spacious with big bedroom, spacious and bright living room with views ranging from the skyline to the alps.
Our aim is to offer a home like experience and to make our guests feel a bit like at home, enabling them to enjoy the days they spend in Milano, and offering them a different approach to travelling.

THE SPACE

One big bedroom with walk in closet facing towards an inner courtyard, and big bright living room, which can be separated from the kitchen area by a cream coloured sliding door to make a separate bedroom. The kitchen and dining area have a balcony overlooking the downtown's skyline, the arches of the central train station, and the alps range when the sky is clear.
A nice bathroom with big shower and washing machine, and the ample, fully furnished kitchen makes it your perfect home away from home.
At your arrival you will find ironed linens in the bedroom, and a set of three towels for each person. A dispenser with general use soap in the bathroom and tabs to use the washing machine, as well as a hair dryer.
You will also find some basic items for your breakfast, like tea, powder coffe, sugar and some water in the fridge.
High speed internet access 24/7 is also included in the rate, as well as a Netflix account for the guests.
Baby cot, high chair and toys are also available upon request and at a 20€ cost.
The apartment is AC equipped and it has a central heating system through radiators in each room.

INTERACTION

We always try to give our guests a home like experience and we are willing to provide them with a local like travelling experience, therefore you can always count on us to give you all suggestions and info you look for.
I live in town and there is always someone (either me or my assistant) that will be quickly reachable and able to assist you during your stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Located just outside the beating heart of Milan's centro storico (Duomo and Teatro alla Scala are 4 stops away with the yellow subway) with its business district and its famous shopping boutique of Montenapoleone (3 stops with the yellow subway) and adjacent to the emerging creative and design districts of Lambrate-Via Ventura, Nolo and Isola.
Renowned shopping avenues of Corso Como and Corso Buenos Aires are also close by and the neighbourhood is lively, with cafes and groceries, and has many restaurants ranging from regional Italian trattorie and Pizzeria, to oriental and Chinese.

HOW TO GET THERE

From Linate airport shuttles run from 6:00 AM to 23:45 PM and stop in Stazione Centrale (4€/person, around 25 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

From Malpensa airport: Trains will reach Milano Centrale in around 50 minutes at 12€/person per way, or shuttles run 24/7 and stop in Stazione Centrale (10€/person, around 45 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment.

From Orio al serio airport: shuttles run from 04:10 AM to 00:15 AM and stop in Stazione Centrale (5€/person, around 1 hour).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment .

Great location near Milan Central Station
Nice and convenient to public transportation. Happy to have elevator to top floor. Great view of trains coming and going out of Milan; however, quiet at night. Host met us at apartment upon arrival. When we had a hot water issue, the host was able to come by and fix immediately. Mattress was comfortable in main bedroom.

A visit to the opera and other sites.
The flat was excellent and very well equipped. Perhaps a little further than described from the station but not a difficult walk. There are steps up to the ground floor where the lift starts but there is a good handrail. Tomaso was very welcoming and provided excellent support via email and whatsapp with a good booklet listing nearby restaurants and supermarkets etc.

Probably the best apartment stay we've had this entire trip. Super spacious and high ceiling apartment with large living dining and bedroom areas. Building and unit are VERY CLEAN. Spectacular views overlooking the train yard. Also very convenient walk to Milan Centrale transit hub. Check-in was efficient and hosts were available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect Spot to Explore Milan!
Tomaso’s apartment was the perfect home base for exploring Milan. The space was incredibly comfortable and made us feel immediately at home. We really enjoyed our stay here. We did a couple of day trips so it was handy being close to the station. The metro is so easy to use in Milan that it was quick and easy to get to the more touristy parts of town. The apartment itself was large and very comfortable, only the shower was a bit small. The host Tomaso was super friendly and made our staying enjoyable. Pics don’t do justice of how nice this apartment unit is. We were able to drop off our luggage a little earlier while he had the place cleaned. Excellent communication! 5 min walk from the train station (Milano Centrale), which makes it easier to travel around or catch a bus (10€/person) for Malpensa or Linate. WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you!

Perfect Central Milan Apartment!
My partner and I were in Milan for a month and stayed at Tomaso's beautiful apartment. I honestly cannot recommend it enough. The list of things to love is long but here are a few highlights. Located on the top floor (7th floor) it benefits from stunning views over the Alps and the Central station from the balcony; the space is very bright, spacious and cosy and we truly felt at home during our time there; the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need to cook; the bathroom is also spacious and has everything you need including a washing machine; the bedroom has a big walk in closet and a very comfortable bed! Moreover the building is secure and we always felt safe there. Tomaso is a very communicative and kind host, always going above and beyond to help out should you have any problems during your stay. Short walk from Milano Centrale
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this nice apartment in October. Tomaso was a gracious and responsive host. It's quite spacious, very functional (with a large kitchen) and very secure. We chose it mainly because of its location: close to the Centrale station where we could reach the metro easily for trips into town and take a day trip to Como by train. There are several good, local restaurants in this neighborhood that cater to locals and not tourists. Food was amazing. I have read in some reviews that there were issues with the hot water in the shower. It appears to turn off, but actually it just needs to be re-adjusted to get hot again. Overall, I would say that this was a practical apartment and well worth the money.

A spacious apartment, good location, intermittent hot water supply
On the positive side:The apartment is spacious. Plenty of work space in the kitchen. Mattress and pillows are comfortable. Towels are big and of good quality. The noise from the trains did not bother us during the night. We used the train several times so the proximity was convenient but with the efficient metro in Milan this should not be an important criterion for selecting the location. On the negative side: we had intermittent supply of hot water. Quite often, during a shower, the water turned cold. In one case I had to rinse the soap in totally cold water for about ten minutes. We communicated this to Tomaso. At one point it appeared to be ok and I communicated this as well but it didn't last. In addition, the water pressure was very low. After four days Tomaso came to the apartment, replaced the shower head, saying it was clogged and added that he did not experience any issue with the hot water. After that the problem did not repeat. However, clogged shower head does not turn hot water to cold!! Please refer to the review by Mike H from 4.19 who experienced the same issue and received a similar answer. As long as Tomaso refuses to acknowledge the problem, find the reason and fix it, it is bound to resurface! Other than that there are minor issues: - No soap is provided for the dish washer and for the washing mashine. If you intend to use them, bring your own. - There is no dedicated device to hang washed laundery. We scattered it all around the apartment. - Two rolls of toilet paper are provided for two guests for six nights. - We found a little residue of oil in the kitchen and bought a bottle. It is common to get it from the owner.

We appreciated the easy walk from the train station hub to this apt. We used the metro and train system everyday and it was so easy and convenient. The apt. is in a very safe building. Never felt uneasy walking in this area. Located on the top floor....we had a nice view of the Alps at times, and also the comings and goings of all the trains. A few minor issues that we will mention: a washing machine but no soap provided. We were in Italy for a month and every VRBO provided a washing machine AND soap. Also.....there is a lovely kitchen and we cooked there at times. There is no toaster, coffee maker, or wine glasses (in Italy???? no wine glasses????). There is a small espresso maker, but it is a two cup stove top type. Just a few things we noticed that could have made this apt. more complete. Amazing stay!
Perfect location for several restaurants and transportation to see the sites of Milan. The apartment itself was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and unbelievably clean. The check-in process was smooth and informative and any questions promptly addressed by Tomaso. Tomaso had everything needed to prepare meals and even provided some products for cooking such as olive oil. salt, etc. for our stay. While some reviews I read complained of train noise I did not find it to be a problem. Not only would I suggest staying at this rental to someone, if ever again I travel to Milan I will stay at this rental.

The apartment was bright and spotlessly clean and with a good size, well stocked kitchen and enough room for 4 adults and a balcony. The location was very convenient- just a short walk to the Milan Centrale train station and the metro (4 stops to Duomo plaza) and the pickup location for buses to the airport. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.
