The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of the building and has an elevator.
Very bright, very quiet, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
In each room there is one or more windows and is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with induction burners, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
In the living area there is a large LED TV with digital terrestrial system included.
Towels, sheets, hair dryers and hand soap will be available to you at no additional cost, while items of personal hygiene such as toothpaste and shampoo will not be provided.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location
We loved our 3 night stay in this apartment. We were met by Antonia who showed us around the apartment and gave us some very useful and welcome tips about good restaurants and where to buy food. There is also written information in the apartment which we really appreciated. The apartment is exceptionally well ‘hosted’ which we did not always find on this trip. The bed is comfortable as is the living area and for those who stay in the summer there are screens to stop mosquitoes and other insects entering the apartment. It is in a fantastic location in the Brera District and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are very few negatives but just a couple of small things from our point of view. The kitchen is very small and while it has a full stove it doesn’t have a microwave (which as a traveller I appreciate) or a toaster - you must use the oven which takes a lot longer to perform simple tasks. There is very little hanging space as this is being used as a storage cupboard. Again, travellers appreciate being able to hang up their clothes to get rid of creases. Also just be aware that while there is access to a washing machine it isn’t in the apartment and that isn’t obvious in the listing.

A very roomy apartment. Nice bath/toilet separation. Walking distance to Duomo and The Last Supper. There is mold in the shower and the coffee machine leaks water, but does “work”. Only 4 coffee pods supplied, two of which I used up trying to figure out how to use the machine. When I asked Antonia (who met us and showed us around), she told us there was a nearby grocery to buy more. NO bathroom/shower supplies except TP and hand soap at the sink. Very unique flushing of toilet! Francesco was nice to stop by when the TV wasn’t working. No streaming services, but one English language channel, which made us happy! Lumpy bed pillows, bed mattress comfortable. Americans need to know places to eat close at 3:00 and reopen at 7:00, the dinner hour beginning. So no senior early bird dinners! 😉 If you want to eat at the 4th best pizza place in the world (2024), you need a reservation.

Amazing Apartment in the Heart of Milan
Absolutely loved this apartment during our quick stay (3 nights) in Milan. First off, Francesco is a wonderful host. We communicated multiple times ahead of our arrival, so Francesco was able to meet us in person when we arrived and give us an overview of the apartment itself and the building. Was clear on check-out instructions as well; terrific guy. The apartment itself had everything we needed. Air conditioning was strong and much needed during the middle of the summer. Access to a laundry room and drying rack were critical, as this was the mid-point of our trip and we needed to wash some things. Had a small kitchen which was good enough for all of our needs. Bathroom was solid, too. And everything was clean, no complaints whatsoever. The location is what puts this over-the-top. Right in the middle of the Brera district; it's a five minute walk from La Scala, less than 10 minutes to the Duomo, and close to a ton of great restaurants. Cannot beat the location. Would recommend to anyone visiting Milan. If we come back to this city, we'd 100% book this location again if it's available.

This apartment is perfectly located in Central Milan. It is very clean, well maintained and very secure. The owner is also very accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Milan.

Great location
This flat is in a great location for restaurants and access to tourist destinations. The owners are very friendly and accommodating As a single woman, I felt 100% safe here. It is just so nice to stay in a flat with a kitchen/tv etc. After one tiring day I simply picked up a salad and a bottle of wine and enjoyed the evening in the flat. Its very quiet. I heard no one and there is a nice local grocer right next to the flat. The price point is fantastic. It really made my stay in Milan stress free as I knew I had a cozy place to come back to.

Apartment is in great location but the kitchen is not equipped with necessities for cooking. Apartment does NOT have a balcony to step out to as it appears in photo. Replacement linens and towels were not provided and quality of the towels were so poor that we ended up buying towels.

Great Place ina great location
This is our second stay at this location. Our overall experience could not be beat. Close to everything in the best part of the city. We enjoyed walking to all main Milan sites from this clean, modern apartment situated just a couple minutes walk from the Brera Gallery. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Spacious bathroom included shower with both rain head and hand held options with good temperature and pressure. Communication was responsive and clear. Highly recommend for a stay in Milan. Accessibility note: There are ~5 stairs to reach the building’s small elevator, ~5 stairs between elevator and apartment, and ~5 stairs after entry to apartment. No handrails.

Just stayed in this apartment for 10 days!! Apartment was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay in Milan. The location is also amazing and walkable to any of the large tourist attractions! We were very happy with our stay and could not recommend a better area to be located in!

Great location. Clean and tidy property. I met Francesco’s mother who showed me around the unit which was good. I mentioned that I will likely check out early, but then my plans changed. This caused confusion as cleaners were arranged at 8.30am on a Saturday based on an informal question on arrival?? I had texted and emailed the prior day that I was checking out at 10, but didn’t get passed onto cleaner. Overall though a great place and fantastic location!

I do recommend this place. The location is outstanding, in the middle of trendy Brera district. Our host Francesca was super helpful. He contacted us three days before our stay and met us on arrival. He also allowed us to check in early. The apartment is tidy, the bed firm ( which suits me) and the wifi reception is good. It has an elevator.The only issue we had was no hot water on our last day. That is probably a reflection on the utilities in an old building. Francesca had it sorted out promptly. I would stay here again if i was fortunate enough to return to Milan.

Little gem.
This apt. is well stocked, great location. Close to many attractions, all within walking distance. Very quiet and secure. Lots of eateries nearby, just walk and you will find what you like. There is lots of traffic only steps away, becareful. I would definitely stay here again. Good communication with owner, his mother met me and gave a rundown of all I needed to know.
