The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a residence in Milan 2, quiet neighborhood and surrounded by greenery, equipped with cycling and pedestrian paths, It 'was recently renovated in a modern style, and consists of a large living room with kitchen and island, a long balcony, a double bedroom with large walk-in closet and a bathroom with a very spacious shower.
In the living room there are two low armchairs, suitable for children or teenagers, not for adults. Any children or teenagers will have to pay a surcharge of 15€/night each, at the property, at the time of booking.
It is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. 300 m from San Raffaele and 15' from Linate.
In this accommodation you will find a comfortable house suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, in a modern, quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxation at the end of a busy day. The neighborhood is well served with shops and supermarket, with convenient public transport to reach the city center or the hospital San Raffaele.
ATTENTION: The accommodation is suitable for two adults and for two children because the sofa beds are low. Extra charge over 2 guests.
