The most terrible customer support possible. The check-in process is extrimely time consuming. Rude and surprisingly aggressive staff. Property is overpriced old apartment with all limitations possible. Run out of hot water on 10 minutes.

good, but the manager sent check in instruction to my US phone number which doesn’t work in Italy. It first said that a manager will wait for me in the property at 4:00pm. But they did not show up. I waited and called them for 1 hour in front of the door. And I have to walk to another place to get the key.
