"I stayed two days at Casa Serena and everything was great. I have just an observation: the host told me that is really hard to contact Expedia company (you don’t answer the hosts/owners) and in many cases is hard for them to get the payments for books through Expedia. So, please respect and give more attention to keep your business growing up and everyone happy!!!"

PROS; - free toiletries(soap, shampoo) - Plates, cups, silverware were available to use in the room - Easy communication 4 English speakers(I ordered a shuttle to the airport & spoke with a polite man in English. "The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat. He welcome me with cheerful tail wags and calf nudges every time I returned to the apartment."
