"Rooms very not bad Hot water did not work in the evening Service at the hotel was very poor staff did not understand English At check out credit card machine not working and we had little cash at the time Service was very bad"

Bad owner
"Owner is awful. Asked me to cancel my reservation and pay him cash. He said site wouldn't pay him. It was very unprofessional. The staff exceeded our expectations... The owner was a disappointment. Asked our safari driver several times about payment from us when I could prove I had prepaid for everything ..."
