a Character Villa has been sim pathetically refurbished, ideal for relaxation in a superb quiet location. Exceptional Spacious and Private Home for Holiday Lets.
3 Double Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, Pool, Air Conditioning and Secure Parking
This beautiful and much loved family residence is now being offered for
holiday rentals.
It is ideally suited to a family, or maybe two families or friends holidaying together as its spacious and extensive accommodation provides several great areas to relax and its outdoor areas are safe, secure and private. There are NO communal areas.
Perfectly located, it is close to the beach (just over 5 minutes walking) and the recently completed Boardwalk along the coast, and is an easy stroll to a shopping centre with a variety of shops including a large supermarket (Mercadona)and pharmacy. There is a big selection of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops all within walking distance.
Access to the A7 and the AP7 (Toll Road) is only a few moments away making an easy journey from the airport (about 35 minutes) and excellent access in all directions to the many fabulous places to see and things to do. Marbella is about 20 minutes drive. There is a taxi rank close by and also public transport.

Big Entry Hall leading to Kitchen (with door to 2 rear terraces side entrance)) (Kitchen has breakfast bar, large oven (gas hob (bottled gas) and electric oven), fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a good selection of china, glass, crockery and cooking utensils.
Entry Hall opens into very large Living area split to two levels one housing the Dining Room and the lower providing the sitting and TV areas. These areas are fitted with sun blinds and soft furnishings.
The propery has fibre optic wifi and tv provided
A full sized 3rd Bathroom is on the ground floor (most useful after swimming). It has a full bath with shower over and glass screen, low level wc and pedestal wash hand basin.
A staircase from the Living room opens to the upstairs hall and:
Bedroom 1. Double with air conditioning and fitted wardrobe. This bedroom has doors opening to upstairs rear terrace which connectes to Bedroom 2
En Suite Bathroom (Bath 2) , has window, shower cubicle, low level wc and pedestal wash basin.
Bedroom 2. Double has fitted wardrobe and 2 single beds. It has doors opening to the upstairs outdoor terrace.
Bedroom 3. Very spacious double has extensive fitted wardrobes and dressing table and air conditioning.
Bathroom 2. This Family Bathroom is large and has 'his' and 'her' wash basins, full bath with shower over and glass shower screen and window

Another fab week in Calahonda
My sister, myself and our daughters loved our time at the villa so much last year, we just had to come again this year. This year was even better than last in some ways as we knew that we were coming to a home from home. We also had found some lovely places to visit last year which we went to again, these didn’t disappoint either 😊 A huge thank you to Gillian & Team!

Calahonda in April
As a group of three golfers, this was an ideal villa and perfect location for our week in the Costa del Sol. The lounge / dining area and outside space were perfect. Although conveniently located for the nearby main road, the garden area was very quiet. We walked to a variety of nearby restaurants. Off street parking was very helpful.

Villa was very clean, and well equipped. We had a great time. Communication with Gillian (the host) was great, we asked to book in early and this was not an issue. The location was a tab hilly for my father-in-law. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance; a mini mart and supermarket are within walking distance but if you have a few items of shopping it is advisable to jump in a cab for your return journey. We would book to stay again.

Great property, fantastic pool and lovely location
This is a great property to come to with family and friends particularly for the fabulous pool. It has a lovely feel and is in an area with good access to the beach, shops, cafes and the airport. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful home from home , secluded villa
We have just returned from this beautiful villa , very large yet very homely. Spacious rooms and a fabulous pool . The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. The beach a short walk away , In fact about 5 minutes walk . We were sad to leave , felt like home , hope to return .

Fantastic place for a great relaxed holiday. Plenty of room inside and outside of this villa. The pool is a great size. Well situated in a quiet street but within easy walking distance to shops, bars and beach. Property Management team are approachable and very helpful.

Family holiday
Our 2nd stay at this villa, it is ideally located for the beach, shops and restaurants. You don't need a car to get around, there are lots of bars and restaurants close by and taxis are easily available for further destinations - €20 to Fuengirola, €25 to Marbella. If you want a little bit of home Lidl and Mcdonalds are 5 mins walk away. An enjoyable holiday with lots of outdoor space and a suntrap garden and pool.

Perfect family villa
We were so impressed when we arrived and saw the villa, gardens and pool. The pool is a fantastic size with varying depths. Gardens were well kept with lots of areas to stay in the sun or go in the shade. Villa is spacious, well maintained and in a perfect location. So close to shops, restaurants and beach. Would definitely recommend for a holiday

Great holiday villa
Villa was clean, pool was cleaned twice a week and done very well. As a family we sat down and tried to find faults in the villa and all we could come up with is maybe some pool lights and more outside lighting to play cards at night, We recommend this villa and trust me you won't be disappointed. The town is a very short drive or about a slow 15 min walk one way or a 10 min through the cut through.

Lovely Villa and great pool
Villa was very clean, well equipped and good A/C. Had a lovely time relaxing there. Great comms from the host and all questions answered. Location is hilly but with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance 500M. Area is residential rather than touristic so not much noise. Good local bars and beach but you will need a car to get about. Marbella is easy by bus but for gib you will need transport. I would happily book this place again.

Great property with amazing pool in a fabulous location!
The property is very spacious and clean with a huge pool. Everything you could need for a holiday is provided and the host and property manager were very communicative and fast in their responses. The location is perfect, just a five minute walk to the beach, bars, supermarkets and restaurants with Calahonda providing a great choice. The house is in a street with lots of neighbours but once the big electric gates are closed it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, very peaceful and relaxing. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the value for money at this property.

Lovely spacious villa with great pool
We had a lovely time at this villa in October, the villa is in a great quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a dishwasher and air conditioning. The pool is fantastic and the large mature garden is well maintained. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Property was clean and tidy when we arrived and we were able to check in early which helped . Swimming pool is huge and the outside area very spacious. We had no issues with anything , the ac in the bedrooms was a godsend at night. We know the area and it was easy to walk to restaurants as we didn’t hire a car as the local buses are easy to navigate , when we didn’t eat out the kitchen and BBQ provided good options to cook at the villa. Would 100% return

Quiet and private haven in the town
Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and private Villa. Had everything we needed for a great stay. John and Scott were helpful, discreet and friendly. Solved a couple of minor problems without fuss or delay. A bit disappointed that the small kitchen patio was out of use, would have been a lovely place for lunch, breakfast. However we were still able to dine outside the entire stay, and also entertain our family who live nearby. We cannot exaggerate enough the appeal of the pool and garden area where we spent most of our time. The location is superb with easy walking access to two shopping centres and the beaches literally at the bottom of the road. And yet retaining great privacy. We will definitely be back

Lovely big house with a huge pool in bcweol maintained gardens in a secluded spot hidden away behind gates. Very private, close to the beach (don’t follow the maps, there’s at a path at the end of the road). Very well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Probably suits a family more but we had it as a couple and rattled around it very happily. We had a problem with the TV when we arrived but the the host and agent had it sorted within 2 hours. Decor maybe a little dated for some but if you need a good quality, good base for a holiday, you can’t really go wrong here.

Calahonda villa
Lovely large villa with easy access large swimming pool. Big rooms and good air conditioning. Pretty garden and area for dining outside. Good location near to restaurants and beach . Near to Marbella and Mijas, both within easy driving distances of 15 mins. Only criticism we had was that the place is in need of a bit of maintenance, bathroom shower screens, cooker( no markings left on knobs- very difficult to use) . Outside patio area needs attention too. Unfortunately the cleaning of the villa was not up to scratch either and the whole place could do with a deep clean.

We were old age pensioners, could not go in the pool, because no hand rails, could not sit around the pool , because of the lay down sun beds, alright for people that can get up, 5 minutes walk to the beach is not true. Because of problems we get to the villa till 1.30 am, this the only we ever had that gave us no welcome pack.

Gem of a Villa in a lovely, quiet location
Right from our first impression, this villa did not disappoint. Situated on a quiet street with a glimpse of the sea beyond, Las Blancas is a wonderful place to stay. The outside space is amazing, with a large pool and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun. Inside - a clean, cool villa with light airy bedrooms, bathrooms on both floors and a large lounge dining space. The kitchen is functional and has all the equipment needed. Extra touches like plastic crockery and glasses provided for younger guests and for outside use. Scott the gardener/pool man was very informative, suggesting local restaurants and attractions. This villa is ideally situated within walking distance of the beach (7 mins) local supermarkets and cafes (5 mins). Try The Jammy Olive for the best mini burgers and chocolate brownies! Overall, we wouldn't hesistate to recommend this villa!
