3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both with showers only, no baths) villa with private pool. This three bedroom, two bathroom private villa is situated in a quiet residential street in the Urbanisation Calypso with off street parking. Only a 10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and bars and only a 15 minute walk to Calahonda beach. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. It has a private gated garden with 3.5 x 6m private swimming pool, private garden and large patio/terrace. The villa has air conditioning / heating in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. Perfect for families and couples of all ages.

Wifi and a selection of English channels are provided.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

The property was clean and tidy, the area was beautiful well maintained and clean there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as was a good sized Carrfor supermarket. All in all a great holiday in a beautiful place.👍

Lovely villa but some things need updating
We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily return in 2024. The villa was in a lovely location, clean and welcoming, with plenty of light and sea views. Shops and beaches were within walking/driving distance and other areas to visit - like Marbella - are an easy drive. I would like to see a few things updated: The pool is missing several tiles and there are other minor issues that need addressing - holes in main bedroom curtains, loose socket in lounge and one lamp not working. This was flagged up to Suncoaster and I would hope the changes are made for 2024 season as this would make the villa even better :-)

Nice location, but needs some TLC.
Pros: nice quiet location, but with plenty of amenities close by including shops, restaurants and the beach all within 10 mins walking distance. Good amount of space indoors and out for our family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped. Cons: the villa is in need of some TLC and a thorough clean, particularly the bathrooms. The pool needs some attention, lots of tiles missing and the area generally feels a bit tired and not pretty to look at. The outdoor furniture seems old and was quite dirty. There is also very little shade, especially in the evening if you want to sit and dine outside - the evening sun is directly on you. There is a lack of mirrors (for 3 ladies in our family, this was an issue!) and a lack of power points in the bedrooms. The showerheads also need replacing, and the shower cubicles are very small. The aircon was ok, but only stays on for a maximum of 2 hours at a time, so it meant the bedrooms got very warm at night.

Exactly as advertised
The villa was clean, secure and inviting. It had more amenities than advertised (a nice BBQ, for example) which made it all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend, wish we were there for a night or two more!

Bel emplacement mais a un urgent besoin d'attention. Les photos sur le site de présentation ne reflète pas entièrement la réalité. Avantages: emplacement calme , avec de nombreuses commodités à proximité notamment magasins, restaurants, épiceries, plage à 10 minutes à pied. Espaces intérieurs et extérieurs pour 6 personnes. Aurait besoin de changer certains accessoires dans la cuisine: cafetière, grille-pain, poêlon. Manque de miroirs et prises électriques dans les chambres. Inconvénients: la villa a un urgent besoin d'attention et d'un nettoyage en profondeur particulièrement les salles de bains (moisissures dans douche) La piscine a également besoin d'attention (plusieurs tuiles manquantes) et la clôture qui entoure la villa nécessite un rafraichissement.Le mobilier extérieur est vieux et sale. Cependant quatre nouvelles chaises longues y étaient ajouté. Pas beaucoup d'ombre sur le terrain(les arbres sur les photos du site ont été coupé). Avons également du faire un traitement pour se débarrasser des fourmis
