A cozy and renovated two-bedroom apartment situated in the secure and private complex of Gran Calahonda in lower Calahonda, just a few minutes walk to the shopping center Los Olivos, the bustling El Zoco commercial area, and the beach, where you will find all amenities needed for an enjoyable holiday. This is a perfect location for a family wanting to holiday without a car as you can walk everywhere!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a 150cm double bed with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single (90cm) beds.

There is a private terrace with an awning providing shade.

Gran Calahonda has three fantastic swimming pools, each with a separate baby pool, toilets, showers, sunbeds, and parasols.

The communal grounds and gardens of the complex are beautifully maintained. There is also a tennis court.

The complex is gated.

A damage deposit of 200€ will be required for all reservations two months prior to arrival

Lovely stay

The apartment is spacious and contains everything you need for your holiday. It is within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment could do with some modernisation - it does feel quite dated with all of the ornaments etc everywhere.
