Good location and nice swimming pool area for the family
The villa had everything we needed and holiday was very easy overall. The surroundings were quiet and we felt safe. The property should be taken care more and the villa needs renowating and proper cleaning. Vacuuming isn’t enough, when showers are dirty and walls need washing. Nice casa and I would stay again with pleasure, but it must be in horrible condition after few years if not cleaned and renowated.

Location and outside area was nice, but from inside the house was dirty and dusty. Luckily the wheater was great all the time so we were able to spent time outside.

Prachtige Villa in Riviera Mijas, verdiend zeker een upgrade met nieuwe bedden en meubels zodat het wat minder muffig ruikt . Prachtig uitzicht over golfbaan en in de verte de zee. Wel makkelijk als je een auto ter beschikking hebt lopen naar het strand geen optie. Als eigenaar wat investeringen doet kan hij zeker iets meer huur vragen en doet deze villa meer recht.

Het vakantiehuis was fijn en comfortabel en goed ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. De woonkamer konden we verwarmen met een pelletkachel waarvan geen gebruiksaanwijzing aanwezig was. We moesten dus zelf ontdekken hoe hij werkte ..... Eén van de slaapkamers was heel vochtig en rook ook zo. Verder was de verlichting in het huis een raadsel en viel het af en toe uit. Jammer dat het huis slecht onderhouden is hier en daar en behoorlijk gedateerd. Hoe dan ook een fijn verblijf gehad.

Superbe villa chaleureuse avec magnifique vue sur la ville de Mijas et la mer. Piscine à bonne température. Grande propriété avec terrasse et balcon, barbecue. L’intérieur est chaleureux et spacieux. Grande salle de bain. Maison meublé et tous les matériaux essentiels sont présents ( draps de bain, huile d’olive, épices, sèche cheveux,…) Rien à dire.

El alojamiento esta bastante bien y tiene buena comunicación con playas, supermercados la única excepción es que la recogida de llaves no es por medio del propietario y teníamos dudas al entrar en el garaje. Hablamos al propietario sobre dudas de la casa y del garaje y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna.
