"Traditional and grand hotel in superb location in the historic centre. Excellent service in all areas. Facilities/room not new but all fine. Pool area is in the basement but is a nice relaxing space under the old arches."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well...

"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"
