Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. "I was not able to stay at this location. On the same day I was going to stay, the owner told me it was already booked by someone else and didn't answer any following messages about the refund. I had to do this process through customer service which was really helpful. "
