Because of the free altitude to 924 meters above sea level you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Munich Country and the Upper Bavarian Alps. We are open all year for you and you are always welcome!

Our apartment is located in a peaceful, free altitude in the Bavarian alpine upland 50 km south of Munich, between Bad Tolz (25 km) and Rosenheim (34 km) Weyarn (12 km) and Bayerischzell (25 km), near Tegernsee (16 km) and Schliersee (10 km), Spitzingsee (20 km), about 3.5 km from the village Miesenbach away.
