"I stayed for 5 nights, with wife and 2 kids. The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"The apartment we were initially staying in had the bathroom a floor above the main living/sleeping area, and there was water damage on the ceiling above the bed. When showering, water leaked out of the shower floor and ran down the walls and pooled on the floor of the living area. When we complained of this to the hosts, they were very helpful and allowed us to move to a different apartment unit in the same building. We had no issues with the second unit. "This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient. "
