"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on. "Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlen Nachttische und mit einem Badetuch und einem kleinen Handtuch kommt man nicht zurecht, besonders nicht wenn man die Sauna nutzt. Leider gibt es keine Ruhezonen im Spa und man muss an den Sportgeräten vorbei um sich kalt abzuduschen. Dieser Bereich ist nicht gut durchdacht!"
