- Newly Built, Modern Contemporary Design, Large Kitchen with commercial cooktop, 2 Master Bedrooms, and 3 other standard large bedrooms. All Bathrooms are over-size shower. There are 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs, and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. Very quiet neighborhood.
- This home is a perfect place for family, sport team or event for small business. It is about 5 minutes away from Disneyland Park, Anaheim Convention Center, Knott’s Berry Farm; 20 min away from Huntington Beach; 25 min from Newport Beach, world famous art walk of Laguna Beach, Long Beach Aquarium and 30 to 45 min away from Universal Studio, Los Angeles.

Annual Family trip to Disneyland.
This was my first time using a vacation rental property. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The house and amenities were exactly as described. Super close to shopping, the beach and Disneyland. We will definitely consider renting this property for our next family trip to Disneyland.

The house was very large and spacious. It is very close to a lot of beaches as well as Disney. It is in a safe location and near to a lot of eateries or grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this to friends or anyone traveling with a large or multiple family trip. The house is perfect. Clean and very updated.

The home was very specious, clean and beautiful. It had all the essentials available to the guests and it was 20 minutes from our destination which was Disneyland! Excellent vacation home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home in Midway City. It was a great location for us to do some sight seeing and there were restaurants within a couple minutes drive. A quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the house and parking. The home was very clean and Diane did everything she could to make our stay more enjoyable! She was an excellent host. Would DEFINITELY consider staying there again if we plan on being in the area.

Perfect property
Amazing experience. This has been one of the easiest owners to rent from. The home was so spacious and clean, lots of room for parking and top of the line laundry appliances that were very large. The photos do not do justice. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Newly remodeled home within 20 minutes to Anaheim Convention Center
Home was newly remodeled and very spacious. We had a total of three families staying in the house and never felt like we were on top of each other. Very nice layout. Worked out perfectly for our weekend volleyball tournament which was taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Clean, spacious, and quiet neighborhood
Overall a great experience, as described. Beautiful space, well done in a quiet neighborhood, ran into no issues. Only 2 negatives: bed are firm! And I mean firm and no real furniture in the rooms: beds, a side table next to them and a handful of hangers. If firm beds don’t scare you, highly recommended this property.

Great place for larger families. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. The kitchen could be stocked with more items such as plastic wrap, foil, storage bags, etc. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. Maybe I’m just used to staying at other places where those were all supplied. But overall, the place was very clean and Diane was quick to answer all my questions and requests.

A great place to sleep
This was a perfect place for what we needed. A place to crash between 14 hour days at Disneyland. The place was clean, and had most everything you’d need to sleep and bathe. I wished there were more things to make it feel cozy- lamps, extra blankets would have gone a long way to cost up the space that felt pretty sterile. Again, it was perfect for our group and what we needed. We did spend a longer day there due to rain, and that’s where I wish it had a few extras to make it feel comfy. Otherwise it was a nice place.

13 members ranging from 6-78. Great location, close to beaches, Disneyland, stores etc. House had plenty of room/space. As mentioned in previous reviews by others house does lack dressers/nightstands in some bedrooms and basic necessities in the kitchen but I knew that going in. Had to make trips to the store to purchase spices, cooking oil, ziplock bags, storage containers for leftover food, foil etc. Overall house was great & would stay again despite these shortfalls

Spacious and convenient
We stayed 5/25-31 to watch my daughter's volleyball tournament in Long Beach. It was a bit of a drive, however close to places we wanted to visit as well. The house was huge, brand new and the rates were very reasonable. The only thing it was missing was a coffee maker but we used the hot water percolator and settled for some instant coffee. It was ok. Needs little more furniture but I'm sure with how new it is, decorating is still being done. The property manager Diane was very accommodating and helpful. Our family enjoyed our time there.
