LOCATION! LOCATION! Come visit Newport's mansion's all decked out! This is the perfect time to see all the holiday event's in Newport! Only minutes to Easton's beach! So close to all that Newport has to offer! Newport/Middletown Beach Loft is a short walk to First Beach (Easton) and about a mile to Second beach! Lovely neighborhood where kids can ride bikes and you can walk your pup! Wonderful location! So close to the world-famous Cliff Walk and downtown Newport! Just grab your coffee and pet and take a walk there! This popular loft style Cottage is oversized, VERY OVERSIZED! Sunny and tastefully renovated with charm and simplicity. New furnishings and new mattresses, no expense spared. Fully stocked kitchen and darling outside patio to grill and kick back on, while enjoying the quiet location. Uncorked has roughly 1500 square ft of living space and can be arranged to sleep 6 people, plus some kiddos if so desired! (or more with air mattress) (The large upstairs king-sized bedroom has a daybed and a small nook with a twin bed along with the king bed! (this bedroom is large enough that it should really be two bedrooms!) If you are looking for a quick bite or cocktail, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, along with a surf shop and liquor store. Newport and its vibrant downtown scene is right down the road: Charming wharves of Newport boast world class dining, boutique shopping, sailing excursions and a lively bar scene! Come live the "uncorked lifestyle" at the beach! Families, friends and children are all welcome! This is the perfect place for a family share or friends get together.This beach loft is divine and spacious for a 2 bedroom and will not disappoint! Note: We provide bed linens for the King bed, Queen bed and twin bed, along with initial towels, if you are staying for longer periods and would like extra of either, please request, there is a slight up-charge. Pets welcome with fee! There is also a side patio area with outside dining and gas grill for BBQ's. Parking for up to 4 cars in tandem!! New paved driveway to ease with parking.AC mini splits for those hot summer days! Beach chairs and Beach towels! Winter pricing offered, just ask! Often host Salve or St George's parents during sports season's! This is the perfect share situation as it is spacious for a 2 bedroom!

Very Walkable
My husband, 2 adult children and dog had a wonderful stay. We were thrilled that we were able to walk to so many places. We enjoyed walking to Easton Beach as well as Rejects Craft Brewery, Diego’s, and Clementine’s for ice cream. We were also able to walk to a close by trolley stop and take the free trolley into Newport. Be sure to get the schedule and also a note, it does tend to run 5-10 minutes late. We had a fantastic time! We are all hoping to go back to this lovely property again!

Great stay!
We had a group of three (one is an infant) and the house was very comfortable and big for our group size. The layout was a little different than I imagined from the pictures but in a good way, it ended up being more spacious and having more beds than I thought. But most of them were clustered in the top loft which has two beds and a futon. And then another bedroom on the second floor by the kitchen and living room. With our group size the one bathroom wasn’t an issue. It was also nice that they had beach chairs and towels available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning! Nice and spacious home. You could walk to one of the nearby beaches but this would entail walking on the road through the neighborhood (about a 10 minute walk). Pleasant and quiet neighborhood area. We especially enjoyed walking to Clementines for homemade ice cream each night!

This property was awesome. The listing was highly accurate. Check-in was super easy. It was a backhouse over a garage with two stories worth of bedrooms, a full kitchen, lovely views, and everything a vacationing family could need. For us, the location was completely ideal. There's a little italian cafe at the bottom of the hill with outstanding sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. To. Die. For. You're in a quite, adorable neighborhood but also super close to downtown Newport and the beaches. We stayed in the winter and this place was cozy and comfortable, but we'd love to come back in the summer and check-out the beaches. Pro-tip: if you come here, do the beaches, the cliff walk, and downtown, but do not forget to check out goat hiking at Simmons Organic Farm right up the road. It was the highlight of our trip!! Can't wait to some stay here again.

Great space for our family of four. The only downside is the upstairs does not have door, so no privacy. Aside from that, it has everything a family need to explore the area. Great food option within walking distance. Beach is nearby so it was great to take the kids after nap.

Unexpected Room and Location
My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we were surprised how much open space was. The upstairs is open and was fun for my kids to play their imagination games. You absolutely cannot beat this location. Plenty of restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. Plus it is literally a 5 min drive to downtown Newport and also very easy to get to places outside of Newport. We had an issue with the property when we checked in but the owner and property manager were prompt to fix it and very easy to communicate with which actually made me like this place more. These homes are old and are being rented so things come up. The owner and property manager are genuine about you enjoying your stay so they are on top of it if anything comes up. I would book a stay here again.

Cute cottage in Middletown
We loved our stay in this tastefully decorated cottage which is just minutes outside of Newport! Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms comfortable, and living area is inviting. This is a great find! Location is fantastic- beaches and restaurants all close by.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location
Five of us gathered for a sisters weekend in October and had a great time. Adorable, nicely decorated house just as pictured in ad. Spacious, comfortable beds, very clean and within walking distance to beach and restaurants and short drive to downtown Newport. The house is down a driveway behind another house so a little easy to miss when first arriving since our GPS indicated house next door was our destination so just look down driveways to find it. The bathroom is small but functional and plenty of spaces in house for 5 girls to do hair and makeup. We will rent again when in Newport.
