What a terrific find! This house is a gem, just as described, very clean, so close to downtown Newport, and the property owner was very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

The home was very clean and the kitchen and living room were a good size. The location is very close to Newport. Easy check in and out process and Chandler was responsive in a timely manner. We would stay in this home again.

Central to many activities
This home is well cared for. We felt very comfortable and rested for nephews wedding on Goat Island. Some of the guests in this house spent time shopping on Thames St. Others went to a Brewery and on our way out of town we stopped at Oyster Fest- this was a great location- My only complaint is that there were only 4 coffee cups but 6 guests, we had to take turns😊

Perfect Accomodation
Chandler's place was perfect for what we needed - big beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. We simply Ubered to and from downtown. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Newly renovated home
Although brief, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly refurbished house. Close to all the tourist attractions but far enough away that it was quiet and had everything we needed. Chandler was great host who was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Perfect vacation rental
This property is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We have rented several other places in the Newport area and this is definitely the most comfortable. Other places never seem to have enough living room seating, this house has a large comfy couch perfect for watching a movie. It was spotlessly clean. Beach was a few miles down the road and downtown Newport a short Uber ride. Highly recommend!!!

Girl’s Weekend
We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our needs. Bright and cozy and updated and and plenty of space for being together. Deck outside was perfect for morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We did cook a dinner there for our party and there was only 1 large pot making it a little challenging. A second large pot would be helpful. The check-in/ out process was seemless and Chandler was quick to respond with any questions. The only negative was that a few towel bars were broken and not able to be used and the Master bathroom had very little counter space. More towel hooks maybe on the walls and/or back of the door would be helpful and a shelf in the bathroom to extend space for things. Overall it was a great stay and a great location. A quick drive to everything we wanted to do. It was a wonderful long weekend and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

So comfortable and so close to the attractions
We spent three nights and had a great time, gone during the day, visiting all the sites in the area and enjoying the great food, and then coming home to a very comfortable place, great beds, a great sectional to relax on at the end of the day and watch a movie, we will definitely stay there again

Stayed with my mom and sister for a few days while exploring Newport RI. It was our first time in the area and enjoyed our time there. The area has a lot of history we loved the mansions, sunset schooner tour and even the troley tour was very informative Host was prompt with all replies to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property..

Perfectly located when visiting Newport!
We planned a 3 night stay to celebrate our husbands July birthdays. The property was lovely and tastefully decorated, we all enjoyed the minimalist uncluttered look. The location was perfect, away from the bustle of Newport, but only a few minutes drive to our favorite restaurants located there! The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed! We enjoyed a glass of wine each night on the back deck which was shaded later in the day! We all agreed that we would certainly revisit this home on our next Newport trip! Thank you Chandler!
