Our well-equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, and a dedicated bar-top area provides the perfect space for remote work. The bathroom offers modern comforts, including a heated fan and a backlit mirror with anti-fog technology.
Nestled in a tranquil location, our Airbnb offers a peaceful retreat, while still being conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to downtown Middletown. The house, deck and yard are yours to enjoy. Please do not go off property and explore. Back neighbor has no trespassing signs.

Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of a party will result in eviction.
The primary Booker must be 25 years of age or older, and all members of the group must be 25+ unless approved by the host.
Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.
If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. I do not suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.
Any sign of illegal activities, such as underage drinking or unauthorized parties, will result in instant cancellation, a $500 fine, and no refund.
No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.
Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.
Late checkouts incur a fee of $50/hour, up to 2 hours, with an additional $500 fee if later.
Smoking inside the unit incurs a $350 ozone cleaning fee, separate from the security deposit.
Mailing forgotten items costs $75 plus shipping.
Noise/neighbor complaints: First complaint after quiet hours results in a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of stay, no refund, and full security deposit deduction.
Parking on the grass incurs a $250 fine per car.
Reservation changes require approval. Adjusted/removed dates within 30 days of booking withhold 50% of those dates.
Contact the host for approval before having a fire.
Guests must clean up yard garbage every night. Leaving garbage outside incurs a $50 excessive cleanup fee.
Guests are responsible for cleaning furniture and grill (if used) before departure.
Host may request proof of identification at any time.
Legal: Property available for a single family housekeeping unit or up to 4 unrelated persons. Minimum booking of one week, in multiples of one week. Not available for transient rental.
Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.
Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.
All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.
All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
