This house whilst being beautiful was also very functional to allow a multigenerational holiday .The spacious family area worked so well with extended family time but also giving areas for everyone to have their own space. The residence was extremely well equipped with very thoughtful extras provided . The pizza oven was a big hit . The bedrooms were comfortable and private. The view was spectacular, you could easy get lost on the cosy lounge whilst watching the action in the surf.Inge from the agency was a stand out in helping organise our time away .

Only problem the air conditioning unit which didn’t work well in upstairs living area and dining area / kitchen. Also spewed forth bugs overnight after our first usage which was probably the first time it was being used this summer... uuggghh. Would consider renting again if air conditioning issues were resolved. Another deal breaker for us - no shade blinds upstairs with all that glass. Too much glare. Tiring for the eyes. Also, key collection / drop off at Saltwater Cafe not acceptable for such a high-end property. Grotty cafe. Inconvenient location / parking. Strange situation.

An action packed spot
Fantastic surf spot so always busy out the front which we loved but if you’re after a spot where no one can see you inside, then this isnt the house for you unless you close all the blinds. Loved being about the get into the wetsuit and walk 5m across the road into the surf. Loved our stay!

Super relaxing family week
We had a great week in Middleton. Never got tired of watching the surf. The house was great, plenty of room for two families and 3 generations to spread out. Decked out really, everything we needed, as well as lots of different areas to escape to. We didn't manage to use every amenity but leaves something for next time. Also thanks to Lucy from South Coast Realty who sorted out an issue with a fridge really quickly for us. Warm beers would have been a disaster ;)
