"Spent a long weekend at this property and we had a great time. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice on where to visit locally and the easiest way to get into Yarmouth which was only a few minutes walk. Good breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Free parking unlike some other establishments. Would highly recommend."

We were informed that our room was ready if we arrived early.The room we had was inviting with a good view of the beach from the window and plenty of storage for cloths so you did not live out of a suitcase . and only a short walk from the trajn station."

"We had the twin room with the bathroom across the corridor. Due to this dressing gowns were provided which were large and cosy. Very large room with space for 2 chairs and coffee table. Breakfast for £5 was amazing! Good ale. "

"Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and well maintained period property with an interesting history! Our room was also very clean, with a good shower in the en-suite bathroom. There are good tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even a mini-fridge for keeping everything fresh. Everything was replenished daily, even the lovely selection of biscuits! Breakfast was superb and all included in the price. There was good selection of fruit, yogurt and serials plus a fantastic full English breakfast...

"Nice room, bathroom had both shower and bath but when we went to use bath there was no plug so could not use which was disappointing. Shower was not very powerful at all. Plenty of tea /coffee provided and bottles of water provided. Beds comfy, enjoyed good sleep. They don’t do food anymore, so have to go else where for dinner & breakfast. "
