"Very disappointed the hot tub and pool were closed and it wasn’t current information at the booking. Not sure if that’s an issue of communication with hotels.com app or hotel itself. Other than that hotel is clean and comfortable and always a wonderful place to stay"

It was well stocked with nice blankets, and the heater did a good job of warming it up after it had been on for a good while.
