Nice pool house near the beach

Nice and well laid out brick holiday home located in the popular area by Båring Ege with only approx. 250 m to the water

The house, which is in 2 levels, consists of:

Ground floor:
Large bright pool room with a nice pool and a nice jacuzzi, a small hallway with stairs up to the 1st floor, a large bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobes and access to a lovely bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a good, well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the large living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the closed terrace area, as well as a further bathroom with shower.

1st floor:
Repos, as well as 3 great bedrooms with 2 beds each and also a junior bed in one.

All in all, a really nice holiday home with a pool and jacuzzi and lots of space and beautiful nature as well as a large enclosed terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace for evening fun. From the house's large plot you come out onto a larger common area with a view of the water and a path down to it. The house is the perfect starting point for activities and excursions on Funen or Jutland - or perhaps a trip with the fishing rod.

Båring Ege is a quiet and scenic holiday home area with forest, beach and hills. The area is approx. 10 km from Middelfart, where you can shop in the large pedestrian street or visit the modern harbor front with cafes and restaurants. There is a Daglig'Brugen (supermarket) in Asperup, only 3 km away, where you can buy groceries. The area is ideal as a base for excursions. Legoland is only 1 hour's drive away and Funen's largest city Odense only 30 km from the area.
