Sleeps 5 in a 2 bedroom 1 bath with full size futon on sun porch. This family cottage is comfortable & cozy with a nautical theme. The location is wonderful for beach, Blue Chip, Dune Billies Cafe, Washington Park Zoo, play ground & marina. The cottage has a large deck on back of house with table & chairs. There is a nice yard and parking for 3 cars. There is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, grill, washer & dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and located on a beautiful quiet street!

This is not a vacation home
I found a used face mask crumpled up by the tv. The towels in the linen closet on the second shelf were still soaking wet but folded. This property isn’t intended for a vacation rather, more of a crash pad. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth it.
