"The location is appropriate—close to the shopping district and Ubahn. We stayed as a family. Breakfast was great. The beds are comfy.artable. The area around the hotel is safe. There may be an all-day-free coffee lobby so you can have coffee when you go out."

"Nice hotel, felt nickel and dimmed needing to pay €10 for the pool and if I wanted to go in the sauna €10 (the latter of which was a step too far). Hence the lower stars, if I was there with family that would have mounted up as the kids love a swim when possible. Don’t expect that kind of approach from a five star hotel brand. Everything else was good."

"I was disappointed that the free/included breakfast was 16 euro. The sauna was also out of service and would have been an extra charge. I choose hotels based on services included, 16 euro is expensive for the breakfast they provided The hotel also changed names, probably ownership as well, but hotels.com didn’t tell me. "

"Fantastic little hotel ideally placed for a trip to Berlin. Travelled solo from Scotland and couldn’t fault the place. Staff were helpful and friendly upon check in and the room was great. Such a lovely neighbourhood too and really easy to get the U-Bahn or just a short walk to Potsdamer Platz. Highly recommend staying here. "

"About 3 mins walk to Europa centre, about 12 mins walk to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants. Staff are prompt and professional. Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. "
