"Steep sharp slope on drive knocked exhaust . This caused problems on every exit and entrance. Unfortunatley we had a family of Shrews living under washing machine. I removed 4 myself from accomodation. Fixters and fitting all fine although cupboards have a musty smell? maybe passed water damage ? "

Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
