"This property is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There were some initial problems with the A/C but property management resolved the issue promptly. Lots of extras including pool toys, kayaks, snorkeling gear and the pool was fantastic. We picked the property because my wife is handicapped and has extreme difficulty with stairs. There are only a few stairs into the property and the ground floor is on one level with 2 steps down to the swimming pool. Handrails adjacent to stairs from garage and somewhere going down to the pool would be helpful but most people are probably don't need them. In any case we will be back soon."

"We had a true Carribean experience at this secluded beautiful resort. After a beautiful boat ride, we were greeted by Will and his daughter Sophie, and my new friend Jack. We were treated like family. This unique resort offers fishing, scuba ,snorkeling, kayaking, sailboating, hiking. All for their guests. Amazing natural surroundings. Tranquil and peaceful. The bungalows on the water are perfect for a back to nature getaway. The entire staff were kind and professional. The chef (Joy) served perfectly delicious meals. Our last meal was fresh lobster and it was the best of my life! We left refreshed and rejuvenated. And we will definitely return to this quiet paradise for a recharge. You'll come as a guest and leave like family friends. A 5*"

"A wonderful stay along the pristine, un-developed Camp Bay Beach. The house was situated on the beach allowing for easy access to snorkel, swim and take walks along the beach. The house had everything we needed, including a lovely pool. Communication was prompt and we felt very safe and secure our entire visit. We enjoyed visiting the few nearby restaurants on foot and taking walks to the end of Camp Bay Beach. A gorgeous oasis to enjoy nature and quality family time in a quiet, secluded part of the island."

"For the past 10 years, my husband and I have travel lenses annually with two other couples. We’ve tried a variety of locations: Mexico, St. Lucia, Turks & Caicos, Kauai. We’ve decided Roatan is our place. This property is perfectly designed and beautifully decorated. This is truly a 5+ star house. The master suite is incredible. We appreciated the ice machine and water that was provided. If one wanted, groceries could be purchased and you’d never have to leave during your stay. The owners and property managers quickly answered any questions we had. Wild horses actually showed up in the back yard to eat grass and enjoy some shade. That was quite cool. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, combined with no neighbors made for great relaxation and no worries about being too noisy when we wanted to listen to music or play games on the covered deck. Definitely heed the advice about the noseeums. They are sneaky little suckers. We highly recommend a visit to Cliffsides. It’s a short drive from the property. The food was fantastic and the hosts were amazing. La Serena had great drinks and tame hummingbirds. We set a feeder on the edge our table and sat in awe as they came to drink. If you enjoy a quiet location, luxurious accommodations and a beach all to yourself, this is your place."

"We planned this trip six months in advance and were eager to begin our adventure. Springwater Villa did not disappoint! Rustic but beautiful and perfectly positioned on the northern coast of the east end of Roatan. Property manager Wendy was extremely patient with all our questions, and she helped us book all the fun excursions we had set our sights on. She and her team, including Vicky, Becky and Alia, kept the property well maintained and the food, prepared on site, local and delicious ( including many delicious desserts!). On the last night, we discussed whether we should return here or go somewhere more mainstream. Springwater Villa was the unanimous winner!!"
