"I was in town for a professional conference. The owner was excellent and timely with communication. The suite is very nice and the owner provided wonderful amenities. Internet was fantastic and much needed as this was a work-related trip. The neighborhood was very quiet, bed was comfortable and it could not have been a better experience staying at this property."

"We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. Old building, but comfortable and clean. Best bed we had on our trip (3 VRBOs in 3 cities). Accessible by staircase only so you've got to be able to manage getting your bags up there, but if you can do it, it's better than a hotel. Really appreciated the Britta. Next time hopefully we can stay longer and get some mix to use with that waffle maker we had our eyes on!"

"We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Voice of America complex. This rental was close by and so much better than staying at a hotel. With a full kitchen, cozy living room, office space, 2 bedrooms & baths, it was perfect. Our teenager loved the decor & enjoyed the record player."

"Our visit was short and sweet. We attended a wedding earlier that evening and didn't arrive to the house until late at night. The directions were clear on how to access the parking and then how to enter the house. Tony offered to let us check in earlier and check out later if we wanted to, but unfortunately, our schedule did allow us this time. We wish we could have stayed longer to check out the town. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available for those sleeping on the pullout...

"My husband and i stayed here with my parents while we were in town to visit both of my grown children who live in the area. We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon. "This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. "Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "

"House was comfortable. Quiet street outside of town. We had to detour when going into town because of road work along the river. It wasn’t too bad though. Added about 3 miles to the daily commute. Parked our Suburban on the street, but there isn’t much traffic. They do have a driveway but it is a little narrow and steep for a big vehicle. Overall it met our needs. And the hot tub was a plus."
