We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the south beach area with a 2 bedroom suite. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby, bar and restaurant area are nicely furnish but arriving at 3 p.m. prime time afternoon we couldn’t get a cold drink or a bite to eat until 6 p.m. and would have to go to filling station next door for food and drink. We were also told that parking was off site about 1/2 mile away and that they no longer offered valet service so we would have to self park and walk back to the hotel. 4star hotels in the USA don’t work this way. Hotels that charge $455 per night don’t operate this way. Hotel staff listened to our concerns but showed no interest in helping us with our concerns. Hotel is not really centrally located to much of anything. We stay in South Beach often but will never return to this hotel

This is our second time at the Vintro. Loved the restaurant backing onto the estuary and the roof garden. Nice to escape the craziness for awhile.

The room itself was clean and in fairly good condition. The pool was disappointing and the area around the pool needed updating. There were dead plants around the pool, areas needing painting, chipped tables and flooring. The lobby is dark and could use new furnishings.

The property was decent for the price on offer. We were going to check out, but extended due to the boat show going on. 2,500.00 Euros cask in an envelope was stolen from our room. That dampened the whole trip. Please be careful booking here and leaving your valuables in the room. I think they thought we would be checking out.

The staff was excellent. David is a real gentleman, The restaurant ‘Ola’ is very impressive and not to be missed if you enjoy Latin food.

Very nice property. So close to everything! We just wished we had time to enjoy their eatery - the menu looked great and it was so cute! The front desk person was so helpful and friendly. Loved it!

Great location, modern hotel, very clean, great water pressure in the shower and good products, bedding nice and soft and comfortable sleep. Close to the beach, friendly welcome by the staff. BUT - be warned (as the staff told us on check out), this is a modern build hotel and sound insulation was not high on agenda when it was built. First night I was awoken several times from the neighbours, and the second night noise from above sounded like someone in high heels constantly walking around on tiles. Tip - if you are put on level 1, it leads straight from the bar, just close the door to the bar when you go to bed so shut off that noise. Otherwise - very happy with the price I paid for the location and cleanliness.

Nice place but the bathroom door is one of those sliding barn doors that doesn’t fully close leaving just enough room for bathroom noices to reach whomever is not in the bathroom. And it had an open door shower that got the floor wet when showering and the bathroom set up is a little awkward but it was very clean. Also, my room did not have a full length mirror. That would have been nice but they did have one in the main lobby. Location is decent. There was construction going on in the lot across the street but not loud enough to really be disturbing unless sitting on the rooftop. Very small pool up there but the ocean is about a five minute walk from the place. Rooftop got good sun for sun bathing. 20-25 minute walk to the heart of South Beach/Ocean Drive. Overall, Very clean. Responsive staff. And if you like to be in a quiet area, it’s great. Nice park 3 minute walk from there. Botanical gardens are about a 15 minute walk. Airport was around 25 minute drive away depending on traffic, same for Downtown Miami, Little Havana, Wynwood, Bayside, Coconut Grove but fluctuates with traffic, etc. No ocean views.

Front desk staff was rude when I arrived. The deposit amount was incorrect on the website, and the hotel also told me incorrectly when I called to verify before I booked. I was supposed to have a room with 2 beds, and ended up having 1 king with myself and a friend that I was traveling with. The room was the smallest I’ve ever been in. There was no room for anything. The bathroom was also way too small as far as counter space. There is no window at all in the room. This was terrible. The first 2 nights I was there, the hotel was out of washcloths. The first day they cleaned the room, they threw away all of my half full bottled beverages as well as liquor bottles with liquor in them. Very disappointed in this hotel. Not to mention the construction view from the front of the hotel.

Good point : well located , clean and honest people Bad point : no information received at the check in about what's in the hotel and around , not even the breakfast ( we add to ask for everything ) but we pass some other people getting check in with some one else than the one who served us and the received plenty of information. The other think is that we had a room giving to the front street , at 6 am you start hearing truck and a lot of construction noise. we were still able to sleep cause we are heavy sleeper. Bring ear plug The rest was ok, the rooms are small There is a Cuban coffee in the gas station near by which as excellent coffee and pastry is good too.

Nice, BUT....
I went for a wedding at a nearby resort. This hotel’s decor is really nice, nostalgic and quaint however, the noise was unbearable. I was in a first floor room and my “window” was the frosted glass between me and the hotel restaurant on the other side. The cleaning staff would also gather outside of my room all day screaming to each other and dragging cleaning supplies etc. I had to keep the ya on all night to block out the noise.
