Re: Stuff got fixed
I arrived on New Year's Day for a month's stay only to find out the two connecting units I rented had not been cleaned. I was informed there were no housekeeping staff around to clean my room and ended up having to go out at 9 p.m. to purchase laundry detergent to clean my sheets. I also had to throw out the garbage in the kitchen and bathroom. The manager was responsive the next day and the room was cleaned on the 2nd. He also gave me a complimentary cleaning half way into my month rental. There were also other problems which should have been addressed by the manager as part of his review process. This included the second bedroom having a bed that the mattress literally went down to the floor when you sat on the bed. The handle on the faucet on the bathroom sink also came off in my guests hands. The was a light bulb missing in the master bathroom which left the space too dark for me to do anything other then shower. In each instance, I addressed my concerns to the manager he had them all fixed. Sometimes, they took longer than I would have liked, but he did respond promptly to all my emails. We all know things can go wrong in life but knowing that someone on the other end of the email is taking your concerns seriously says a lot. I would stay there again.
