Amazing place, more than we expected and they let us check in early. Walking distance to every thing you need. Can't wait to stay here again!

Cozy cottage.
The place is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's also walking distance from a few grocery stores and the outdoor mall. The cottage has a pretty decent kitchen with some pots, pans, utensils, and plenty of dishes. The property manager was helpful and answered my service call fairly quickly. If you're a big person, the second bathroom can feel really cramped. The window A/C units were off-putting at first, but the two of them combined were strong enough to cool the house.

Great Cottage, Great Location!
Cottage (itself): This cottage was somewhat small (cozy for a 2-4 ppl family), but was fully functional, and allowed my family to really enjoy Miami. All of the facilities were in good condition, and were completely functional. It was reasonably priced, and has a good amount of privacy. However, the bathrooms are quite small and there is not a lot of face to face communication with the owner(no receptionist). There are lots of things to do around the place that are in walking distance.

Location was wonderful. However it lacked basic essentials of bathroom tissues, kitchen towels and soaps. We had to buy these basic amenities at 10 PM after check in. The manager said we would have them the next day and it still didn't happen. The AC was not working in one room.

方便，周圍有步行街海灘和超市
走路到海灘只需要10分鐘左右，週末去步行街還有各種跳蚤市場，遊玩非常方便。但是這是個民宿，內部有兩張雙人床，一個大沙發，和一個基本上沒法睡的沙發床(軟趴趴的)。wifi2-3人還可以超過4人就有點卡了。只有一個洗手間。
