The Whitehall was a great place to stay in South Beach Miami. Great customer service the place was clean. Please disregard all the bad reviews on this place. They’re all false. This is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was really clean, beds are super comfortable and location is great but for what I paid I thought it could be a lot better. Our TV was broken and staticy, didn't have good water pressure, anytime you walked the dressers would shake and make a lot of noise but overall it's a decent stay if you're looking for a weekend stay

The property was great! The beds were really comfortable and we had everything we needed. However we struggled to get hot water in our room, the hair dryer and iron did not work either. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location in Miami Beach, close to shopping, dining and beach of course. There is a public garage one block away. The room is spacious and clean. It is not that quiet since there is a restaurant outside, but it doesn't bother me.

The first night we were woke up in the middle of the night by a woman screaming and crying outside our room. We also discovered the room we were in had bed bugs. I will never stay here again and I advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere.

The staff is great. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Our room was right next to check in, the elevator and the restaurant it was extremely loud. Our tv didn’t work, the front desk worker tried to fix it but couldn’t, finally we were able to fix it. The location to the beach was great.

No hot water in shower. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. No accessible outlets besides in the bathroom. Picture are very deceiving. It is very small and outdated, not just in the room. Convenient location and friendly staff, but felt like we were staying in a cheap hostel.
