Disappointing Experience at the New Yorker Miami.
I recently stayed at the New Yorker Miami, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. On the first day of my stay, I faced a significant issue: I found myself locked out of my room. Despite numerous attempts to reach the front desk and getting help, there was no one available to assist me.
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I had no choice but to rent another hotel for the night, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of responsiveness from the staff left me feeling abandoned and disappointed.
While the hotel had potential with its amenities and location, the service experience overshadowed any positives. I hope management addresses these issues, as they could greatly improve the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel based on my encounter.
