No elevator dead cockroach in the bathroom charges a security fee on top of the price advertised and no restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable nice decor but need to be updated

The hotel is located in a very dark area with many homeless people, which makes it difficult to walk around the area at night. my room smelled a lot of cigarettes and I had to open the window. For coffee you have to prepare a tray and go upstairs to drink it in bed, as there is no table downstairs.

The pictures on line did not look like the hotel in person there was no elevator, I had to take my luggage up stairs to my room. I was told three different things about when I’m going to get my deposit back. Unsafe area and the outside of the hotel looked liken

There was homeless people everywhere. No lighting in the parking lot. Got to the room and found bugs in the bed. We left immediately and drove to another hotel. Expedia never responded back to us on a refund or credit
