The balcony offers a view of Biscayne Bay.
Guest Access
This unit is privately managed by Hey Miami, and it is not part of the hotel's official program. Guests must still register at the front desk before check-in and sign the condominium's rules and regulations form. The mandatory resort fee of $35 per night is not included in the price and will be charged separately. This fee covers all guests in the unit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
At the accommodation, a refundable security deposit will be required to cover any damages to the common areas of the property or losses of provided items (such as towels, access cards to the unit). This deposit will be held or charged to a credit card during the stay and will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or losses.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY All registered guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification at check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
