All around great experience and stay. From the Valet on I was impressed with our stay. Huge position with unreal views of the ocean. Elevators are prompt and efficient. Will definitely stay here again!!

I have trouble checking in I have a broken foot and have to Stan up for more 45 minutes and they cannot find my reservation. Place needs some paint and do a little more clean up but it has the most beautiful view we were so happy so it just needs a little love but the view compensate it will stay here again.

It was a very beautiful place.
The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioner really didn't work The condo never got any cooler than 79°. It was a little rough. But we weren't in our room for long periods of time. We were out and about, so it was OK.

This apartment is located in a huge building. When we arrived from the airport at midnight Friday night it was still a long line of cars waiting for the concierge to take care of them. After around 15-20 minutes we were able to hand over the car key to the parking staff and headed to check in. Check in was smooth. The apartment is on the last floor (I guess 17th, so called penthouse) and has a huge balcony towards the ocean. It’s fantastic. The building is next to the beach and the access is easy. Thank you for the excellent place.

great views and perfect location in Miami Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The views are spectacular and the room itself was perfect. We were able to just relax and hang out in the room after exploring the greater Miami area for several days. It was nice having such a peaceful place to recharge while still be located in the middle of all of the area attractions. Our property manager was very helpful and the check-in process was easy. The parking is valet only, which is true of nearly every location in this part of Miami Beach. We will definitely stay here again when visiting south Florida.

We had a great time. Direct beach access. Great pathway up and down the beach. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean. Long line to check in. Parking is crowded. Not alot of restaurants and other amenities close to the condo. The penthouse was beautiful with a large balcony.

The view really makes up for anything negative. When we first walked in we were underwhelmed but in comparison to the area it was in line. Miami overall is pretty run down. The condo really grew on us and we loved our time there. The access to the beach and walking path is excellent. The valet were all great. The elevator takes a long time during 10-noon and after 3-7. The location was great for us, not to busy.

Fabulous view. Aged facilities.
We had a pretty good stay here. The view was unbeatable and the location was very convenient to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. The accommodations can use some touch ups where it shows a good amount of wear and tear. The gym was so awful that we decided to forgo our workouts. The equipment was old, dirty and some were noisy. This was an important factor in choosing this property so it was a bit of a disappointment. There is a convenience store in the lobby, which we found helpful. Overall, it was a great stay in Miami. Thank you!

You can’t arrive before 3pm or they charge you extra, then when you do arrive at 3, there is a long line. Heavy construction on beach all 3 days. Dirty sheets (sex stains). Gym wasn’t open the entire trip. Not worth the price!

The view is everything!
Loved the ocean view and there were chairs ,floaters and beach towels for the beach. Very clean inside the property. Outside there was water damage and a rank smell from a blower outside of our room. Amenities like bathroom and HVAC system were quite dated for the $$$$ price of the rental, Safety was an issue as I am still recovering from a broken ankle. I wish there were hand rails or something in the showers/floors to prevent falling and injuries. The work around was to just slide around with a towel under my feet for stability. Dining options were limited so we just Ubered around and used Uber Eats. Uber car service and restaurants were very fast. The downstairs convenience stores helped out too. The washer/dryer and complimentary laundry soap was very sweet. The people were nice. The lobby gave an old Vegas feel. I wish there were a concierge or person that could have recommended places to go. Overall, our Host was super responsive,. I would recommend our room for spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean, quiet and peaceful environment , relaxation and beach days for families and the elderly .

Worth the view
I will start with the pros, the view was outstanding and quite unbeatable. The condo was very spacious and a good layout for accommodating several people at once. The beds were nice, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beach access was very close and easy to get to, and there were also chairs and an umbrella in the condo to use at the beach which was a huge plus. The cons are that some of the finishing touches Within the condo were of subpar quality. Bad looking water pipes hanging out of the wall behind every toilet. A lot of rough patches done to the walls and the trim work was not very nice. Not to mention the master bath vanity and glass shelf appeared to barely be hanging onto the wall. The exhaust fans did not work in the master bathroom either and we also had a problem with one of the toilets clogging while we were there as well due to the slow flushing. There were several loose receptacles on the walls that did not work as well. The elevator system is the craziest elevator we have ever encountered. Be prepared for a long waits and congestion not to mention the elevator stopping at nearly every floor whether someone is there or not every time you use it. The line to check in was also very long and took approximately 25 to 30 minutes to get through. Overall it was not a bad experience and it was very easy to get in touch with management if we needed anything.

Amazing Penthouse with Views
Great stay. Property was great. Right on the beach. Only issue we had was just with the area in general. It is all condo type buildings. Not alot of shops/stores or restaurants nearby. The location had a nice restaurant inside but the area itself was lacking. This may be a plus for some but for us it was an issue. Plan ahead and bring snacks and drinks. The unit did have a nice refrigerator and kitchen area.
