The only frustrating part was the airport shuttle. It took 4 calls to finally get a ride after being promised a ride each time in 15-20 min. We waited an hour.

It’s a convenient hotel. Pros: Free hotel shuttle drop off and pick up every hour and complimentary shuttle to nearby Airpark Plaza with shops like Burlington, Publix and restaurants like Fresh Pick and Burger King. Hotel restaurant runs from 4pm-10pm (only). Very good breakfast with many options. Outdoor patio by the lake was very nice and relaxing, except when the smokers come out :( Hotel staff were okay, one receptionist in particular was outstanding, always pleasant and super helpful. Cons: very dated facilities. Toilet did not work well for us and we were here for 8 nights. Smells funny. The elevator really sucks and takes forever. No Netflix available only regular TV. Internet connection was not great even when we connected our fire stick it was not able to stream properly.

Arrived to hotel 12:45 am. *Front desk was missing for an hour. Me and my family could not check in until 2Am the front desk person was not there! When he finally came, he said he was outside! I just wanted my room keys at this point because we were tired and traveling with a one year old.

The shuttle service from the airport was terrible! Called hotel at 7:35 PM and was told shuttle would bee there shortly after 8:00. Never showed up even though waiting at door we were told to be at. Called hotel and was told 8:00 shuttle was cancelled and would be another shuttle at 9:00. No show again! Was finally told to take a taxi and hotel would reimburse! After 2 hours finally got to hotel. Desk staff (Lee?) was horrible and just kept complaining he was only one there and was overworked! Was very rude, unresponsive and lied about shuttle! Don’t stay here! Also charged $20 a day for self parking in open lot!

This it’s my second time coming here I like it however this time there was a strong smell of marijuana in our hallway plus the charge of parking it’s a little pricey. Staff it’s always wonderful & very helpful

Awful stay! The rooms were ugly and personally I did not like the sink outside of the bathroom. Please note the beds are full and not queen! TV poor quality. I saw cockroaches and threw up! The “free” breakfast felt like I was at a food pantry. People sneezing and pushing in line.
