We really enjoyed ourselves. The area was amazing from convenience stores, market, restaurants and good weather. The condo was spacious with all amenities needed. Communication with the owners was excellent. Looking forward to coming back

Stay was great, condo had everything we needed. Location is walking distance from great restaurants. Plan for elevator wait times during peak checkout hours.

Great Stay

Every year my mother and my sister in laws take a Mother’s Day trip. This stay did not disappoint. Great location! Very clean and the commutation was very clear. 10 out of 10!

Family Time

Perfect location for a short getaway with my daughter and grands. Able to walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping and even a quick Uber Ride to South Beach.

Great spot to explore Miami!

Great location in Brickell that was walking distance from many attractions. Less than $20 to Uber anywhere else like South Beach or downtown Miami. Everything was clean in the rooms so it was a comfortable stay. Host was very communicative.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time during our stay here! My family of five had plenty of space and the hosts were great with communication and even checked in shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. The location was wonderful and walkable to the water and so many restaurants and stores. Also a quick drive from lots of other fun places. The condo was clean and although the neighborhood was very safe, security in the building was top-notch.The included parking spot was very nice.The pools and game room were great and not too crowded. The balcony was very large and the view was pretty. The only small issue was that only having one key fob made it difficult to have multiple people in different places since it was needed to access any floors except the ground floor. This was definitely not a dealbreaker, though. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We had 2 adults and 2 kids in this unit over Easter weekend and it was wonderful. The condo was well-stocked and it and the pools were clean. The game room was also a hit with the kids. We didn’t have a car, so I can’t comment on the parking situation, but otherwise everything was pretty easy. He owner’s left very clear and helpful instructions.

Had a great time in The Haus on Brickell Bay! Location is ideal if you’re looking to stay in downtown Miami! Our hosts were helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again!
