The telephone in the room was broken, the shower curtain was filthy, and the bed was unstable. All incidents were reported, but nothing was done to address the problem. I can provide a video and photos as evidence. I also asked to switch rooms, but the request was denied. They stated that the hotel was completely full. I also witnessed the person at the reception desk giving a guest a plunger.

Seemed as if they advertised another property. When I complained about the cleanliness and bugs, they tried to argue back and forth about giving me my money back even though I checked out and didn’t stay my full stay. Eventually they approved my refund. Never again!!

The bench in shower was off the wall with exposed screws. Fire alarm went off for 10 minutes with no explanation in the morning. Parking was convenient. The street the hotel is on is under construction so lots of dirt/dust and construction machines around

Older property in fairly good shape. Room was damp on the floor and our feet got dirty walking around. Staff said by phone we could park there free for our trip but wouldn’t allow us after checking in. Cost incurred was over 200 dollar for parking while away. Front staff clerk was very friendly.
