We had a Fabulous Time. Everything about the hotel was of the best quality, food, drinks and service. The pool and beach were so easy and beautiful. They had great coolers at the foot of your beach lounge full of ice and waters and a watering can to cool off with or clean your feet! Fabulous!!! The staff was polite and helpful all the time. We were shown around by Richard and he was Wonderful through out our stay! Truly a Great find and would recommend highly to anyone. They were nice to people with kids too!
What an incredible hotel! Utilized many departments within this property and had likely one of the best overall guest service experiences I have ever had from check in to check out. I stayed 4 nights, the room was incredibly well stocked thankfully as luggage didn't arrive. Beyond standard toiletries as well as straight irons in room. They also picked up personal items for me outside of the hotel. The food and spa were amazing as well! I so look forward to my next visit!
The Soho Beach house is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was amazing. There was one disappointment - we did not have hot water in our room for the shower or bath! The staff comp'd one of our meals in return, which was nice of them. However, it was very disappointing to not be able to use the amazing shower or bath tub in the the room. We were directed to use the spa showers, which were nice but not convenient at all. I hope that we get to return to the property at some point and get to enjoy all of the room's amenities. The hotel is great, and I assume this issue does not happen often but I had to mark less than satisfied for the "Condition or maintenance of the hotel" category accordingly.
We would go back to this hotel anytime. A great experience and worth the money. Food was great, staff was very accommodating, but most of all the experience of our beautiful room, ocean views, and Tech Gym was so much fun.
Great hotel, friendly staff, wonderful facilities. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. My girlfriend called the days there "her best birthday ever" and "some of the best days of my life"
We stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time. Soho is very private with a art chic decor. The pool and beach are fabulous and the food and drinks are superb. Best spa treatments I have had in a long time. I really could not find anything that could beat this place. The Fontainebleau is next door, but even with its size, it does not compare.
This is a classic place to stay. I had to check it out after so many trips to Miami Beach. Pros: The bar and restaurant are fantastic. Beach service is also great. Nothing extremely spectacular about the hotel. Cons: Staff is extremely snob, as if you need to show up in a suit every time you walk by the lobby. The room is lame, I didn't like the furniture, decoration or all those pretentious antiques. Floor was not that clean. Bed and shower are good enough, but don't make it worth $600/night. Best bet is to find a good place to stay and visit Soho Hotel for a fabulous dinner. That's it.
This was my second time staying at the Soho Beach House and again had an incredible time! This exclusive hotel is the best place I have ever stayed in Miami!!!
This was our second trip to the Soho Beach House. Great Hotel / Club with excellent service that goes above and beyond. Last trip we stayed over the weekend and it was much busier. We also stayed in a room with a balcony on the last trip. Our beachside room was large and very nice but no balcony. Given the low occupancy, an upgrade would have been nice. They certainly had rooms available. This trip was a Sunday - Thursday and unfortunately had closed the rooftop bar / pool from Mon-Wed. Definately a unique hotel.
The hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to experience some of the South Beach "scene" but would rather avoid the chaos of Ocean Drive. Impressive service at the restaurants, poolside, bar, spa, and on the beach - you never have to leave! The crowd is young (average age of guests and club members seemed to be around 35-40) and fun. I highly recommend checking out the bar and spa.
