Message said that the shuttle would be on first level of Miami Airport. It was on the second. I called the hotel to confirm that the shuttle would pick me up at 9:30 and was told (after I got past the thick accent) that the shuttle was still there. After waiting for half an hour I tried calling the hotel again and after the 4th call somebody finally answered and admitted that the shuttle had returned without me. I ended up paying for a cab.

This hotel's rooms are a good size with all of the amenities necessary, fridge, microwave, desk, etc. They are clean, quiet, and well maintained. The breakfast offerings are well thought out, allowing for many sit down options as well as grab and go options, with adequate seating. The prices are also lower. I recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Thank you 😊

When I booked this reservation it said that there would be a transfer available from the airport included in the price of the room. Once the property found out my arrival time they refused to come and pick me up resulting in additional fees of securing my own transfer from the airport. The room felt grungy and smelled bad. There was no remote in the room

Waited 45 mins plus for shuttle, called 3 times, got the “5 minutes” answer each time. Another guy we picked up said he was told 2 minutes and waited an hour. It did take about 10 minutes to get thru traffic and lights to the hotel once we were picked up. I understand that stuff can go wrong. Just tell the truth over the phone. The shuttle runs every 45 mins. I saw other hotels shuttles 4 times while waiting. The emailed shuttle directions from Expedia say Level 1. They actually pick you up on Level 2, which you wouldn’t know unless you called. The lady at front desk didn’t appear to care that the Expedia directions are wrong when I showed her the email. Indifferent attitude, slow shuttle, I’d suggest looking elsewhere with your money.
