My family and I had a great stay! Conveniently located on Key Biscayne near the beach. It was a great relaxing few days we stood there. The neighborhood is lovely. Ana was lovely to communicate with.

Key Biscayne week
We wanted a safe, clean, local place to stay while in Key Biscayne. We wanted to eat in local restaurants, walk where we needed to go and walk the beach. This place was perfect for us. Our property manager/owner Anna was available to us for any question (we had problems making the tv work for us) and came over quickly. I would return here gladly.

It served our purpose, but I was not comfortable after spotting tiny bugs in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Other than that, it seemed to be clean and cute. It is a tight space for a family of 4. The kids loved it, especially the pool.

Five stars all the way. We really liked the location too, easy walk to shopping centers, a variety of places for coffee or food, easy to get in and out by car, and still very quiet. Everything we could have needed was provided. The unit was perfect for us and could accommodate parents with 2 or 3 small children, too. Our host is wonderful as well, thank you so much, Ana!

Could not find a better place!!
Wow! After a long day we made it to the place and was so absolutely pleasantly surprised to walk into a perfectly clean and very functional house. Ana left great instructions and was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during the stay. Very close to private beach which was lovely. Two beach chairs and awesome beach towels available for the beach. Two minutes away from grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed. Could see myself living there permanently! (Seriously, if you ever put it on the market, let me know). Air conditioning was good and pool was clean

A nice sndspot in the island
I rented the property for three days yto visit my grandchildren who live in the island. It had all the amenities I needed. I stayed in Apt 17. I would suggest fixing the large bed. It squeaks when I moved🙈.

Wonderful unit in a great location!
The location is fantastic and is walking distance to pretty much everything. The unit is clean and small but configured well. Our family with 2 young kids were comfortable. While the pool is also small, we enjoyed it very much. Our only issue was the air conditioning system is quite loud and abrupt while starting up and kept us awake on the first night. The condenser is attached to the bedroom wall and it doesn’t look like much could be done to remedy the situation short of swapping it out for a quieter unit. We worked around this issue by running the air conditioning during the day and shutting it off at night. The timing of our trip was such that it was cool enough at night to do this.

Clean, new, perfect for a getaway!
This was a great place to getaway with a small family, my husband and I went with our 3 year old and 6 year old! It is nestled in the Village of Key Biscayne right after Crandon Park and right before Bill Baggs State Park. If you wanted a busier beach, with a playground, you could drive/walk/golf cart over to Crandon Beach which has free entry during the week to enjoy - and they have lifeguards. Winn-Dixie (grocery) was right across the street, CVS also within walking distance along with a list of mom & pop restaurants including, Venezuelan, Argentinian, Peruvian and Italian cuisine! This made it really easy to decide what's for dinner! The apartment itself, newly remodeled and really nice - our favorite was the big closet with a cool organization system installed which made unpacking and packing super easy! Kitchen had everything, pots, pans, plates, only missing utensils (there were plastic ones available). It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach access which was doable even for the kids! Ana was great in ensuring everything was ready for us when we got there, and leaving was even easier! Overall, great place, don't think twice about it for a car-free beach vaca! If you want to explore outside of Key Biscayne, you can rent a car as there is a parking spot included. There are a ton of spots in Miami that are within 15 minutes and worth the visit - including the Miami Seaquarium! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the pool, if you are pool people, the pool in this complex is very small and didn't seem to be serviced until our 4th day there, so it wasn't inviting. However, once someone came to clean it and fill it up - we did jump in!

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The Winn Dixie across the street was so convenient. We loved being able to walk to the beach and multiple types of restaurants. Definitely recommend.
