LOCATION: Enjoy unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from your lofty living room. Situated in North Bay Village and centrally located, The Current by Roami is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach. It's the perfect home base to discover, explore, and enjoy Miami!

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property has 3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa (Queen) and 1 air mattress. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King
- Bedroom 2: 2 Queens
- Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress and Sleeper Sofa (Queen). *Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully-stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining table has seating for 5 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: The focal point is the heated, waterfront pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. The communal pool level also features a gym, outdoor bar, and more. Amenities are open from sunrise to sunset.

FREE PARKING: Free, unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional parking is not available. Please park all oversized vehicles on the first floor.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,580 square feet.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was very good, nice area. The balcony was great to sit and watch all of the boaters and watch sunrises, We would stay here again.

"Virtual Concierge at check-in" did not work, A/C in the unit was broken, Wi-fi password was wrong
The photos of the property were exactly as shown (minus no patio furniture). The "virtual concierge" didn't work in the lobby. We were able to let ourselves into the unit with codes emailed prior to our stay. The wi-fi password emailed did not work, had to call ROAMI and they gave us corrected username/passwords over the phone. The biggest problem was being on the 10th floor and the A/C unit not working; it was 85 degrees and HUMID (yes, this was mentioned over the phone when we called to get Wi-Fi passwords but was not addressed). The fan on the unit worked as it blew air, however the temperature in the unit failed to get cooler than 78 degrees (we turned the unit on at check-in at 4:00pm, the next morning it has not gone down even 1 degree). My husband looked at the air filters and approximately 1 inch of dust was blocking the air-flow.... Routine maintenance is obviously lacking. The unit smelled of bleach upon arrival (I always appreciate walking into a rental knowing it was properly cleaned). We were only here 1 night before boarding a cruise but I would not book this property again.

Everything was as described. Very clean, great AC, the balcony had a great view.

I honestly wanna buy the place when I have enough money and if it's ever for sale lol.

The place was beautiful! Also very clean. The instructions for check in was very detailed. The living room tv only work with Netflix, HBO but it wasn't really a problem being that we spent little time watching tv. I love that yll have a 24/7 virtual person at the front. Very cool.

Quiet and peacful
It was such a nice relaxing stay. Enjoyed the gym and the sauna, but the view is what really says it all. Kids and husband loved it and we can't wait to come back again.

Perfection in MIami..
The front desk lady was really nice, had assistance up to my room and coffee every morning. I cannot say enough about the views, but if this is on the list of choices for your trip... I highly suggest you stay here. You will not want to leave!
