Summary:
LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOM: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline.

FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 1211 square feet.

Lovely location
Everything is was wonderful with the property. Unfortunately the beach only had chairs for hotel guests so we couldn’t use the beach as we didn’t have chairs and couldn’t find any on the property to use. Otherwise I’d definitely stay again. Quiet safe clean property.

Great location and neighborhood
Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Excellent stay. Condo is beautiful with a great rooftop pool, patio and views. In room washer/dryer was handy as I've been on a several week trip. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Sextant is responsive to emails. I actually extended my stay an extra night and found it easy to do.

Nice, clean place very well
Nice, clean place very well located on a nice and quiet neighborhood . Very convenient location with restaurants, supermarkets and shops at walking distance, plus the beach was just at 3 blocks away. The unit smelled “funny” but we discover it came from the air fresheners, we just unplugged them and problem fixed! Comfortable beds! Parking was very convenient.
