HOUSE RULES:
\- No parties allowed. This property is strictly and ONLY for vacation &
relaxation.
\- No loud music at all is allowed outside of the house at any time of the
day, evening or night. And no loud noise outside of the house.
\- STRICTLY 1 car can park on the driveway at any time for the entire stay.
Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and
forfeiture of the security deposit.
\- No parking or standing on the lawn. And there is no parking or standing on
the street. \- No smoking. If any of the above house rules are broken, by
anyone of the guest, it will, unfortunately, result in the loss of your
security deposit and your rental will terminate immediately.
IMPORTANT! WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) AS PER STATE
REGULATIONS FOR VACATION RENTALS OCCUPANCY STANDARD.
PARKING RULES: ONLY 1 CAR ALLOWED allowed as per City Ordinance. STIRCTLY 1
car can park on the driveway at any time for the entire stay. Failure to
adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and forfeiture of the
security deposit.
\- The tenant will be responsible for any violations and fines issued by the
City from $2500 up to $5000 in failure to respect designated parking rules and
any violations at all from the City. (ex: parking, illegal activities,
violating city short term rental rules).
\- No parking or standing on the lawn. And there is no parking or standing on
the street.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE DISCLOSURE OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY For your safety and to
prevent theft and insurance claims, this property is equipped with outdoor
video surveillance cameras situated only at the parking and front door areas.
Please note that these cameras are not monitored live and do not store
recordings. They are not intended for personal safety purposes. Additionally,
there are no indoor cameras, to uphold the privacy of all our guests.
NOISE AWARE This property has been equipped with a Noise Aware device, which
monitors the noise level inside and outside of the home. If the sound level
has been exceeded, it will immediately alert the Property Manager, and a
friendly message will be sent to the guest to remind them to keep the noise
level to a minimum, to avoid complaints from surrounding neighbors, or police
involvement
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Need a little extra time? We're happy to offer early check-in and late check-
out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for
the additional time. Please reach out in advance for approval.
