Disgusting Apartment, not a hotel room!!
This host is scary. “One Bedroom in Sunny iles” is not a hotel it’s a mans apartment with a moldy and disgusting bathroom, old denture and many personal belongings. 5 of the main components were missing, NO pull out sofa, NO toiletries, NO Airport Shuttle, NO cleaning. Do not give this man your credit card. After showing photos of the mold in bathroom, he called me a LIAR and said it was “special bathtub paint” It says you’re receiving a huge discount, “down from $749 to $159” to confuse you. This place is scary gross.

I wanted to rent a room for one night in Sunny Isle in Miami. the day before I arrived I received an email from Expedia telling me to communicate with the place before arriving. we joined a person in the parking lot who gave us the keys and asked to pay $ 85 for cleaning the room when we saw the room with a very uncomfortable mattress and a very dirty bath we decided to leave. we are honest so we asked for a refund of only $ 85 cleaning fee,   because they did not have a household to do they refused us the refund they said there was food on the floor we stayed for 10 minutes and had nothing to eat they are very dishonest keep the money you need it more than me

Hallandale Apartments
It was a wonderful experience. Awesome balcony view of the water, very clean and spacious rooms and living areas. Host was very kind, extremely helpful with directions and instructions for check in and out. Time was spent with friends and we all had a wonderful time and great experience.

Quick getaway
The unit was a good fit for what we needed. We only stayed one night but we wanted a 2 bedroom unit. It would be nice if they provided bath incidentals like soap and shampoo, even if it was only hotel size, or at least mention to make sure to bring your own. If in the area we would definitely stay there again.

I have yet to find another owner who is as welcoming as Sergei. Very accommodating with his guests and didn't mind checking us in a little early. Will definitely be staying there on my next MIA trip.

condo loué comme chambre d'hotel
j'ai voulu louer une chambre pour une nuit à Sunny isle à Miami. la journée avant d'arrivé j'ai reçu un courriel de Expédia me disant de communiquer avec l'endroit avant d'arriver. nous avons rejoint une personne dans le stationnement qui nous a remis les clés et demandé de payer 85$ pour le ménage de la chambre lorsque nous avons vu la chambre avec un matelat très inconfortable et un bain très sale nous avons décidé de partir. nous sommes honnête alors nous avons demandé de nous remboursé seulement les frais de ménage de $85, car ils n'ont pas eu de ménage à faire ils nous ont refusé le remboursement ils ont dit qu'il y avait de la nourriture sur le plancher nous sommes resté 10 minutes et que nous avions rien a mangé ils sont très malhonnête gardez l'argent vous en avez plus besoin que moi

Experiencia muy mala tome el apartamento x 2 días y lo pague al instante x tarjeta al llegar al departamento la persona que me recibió me exigió 85 dólares x gastos de limpieza en verdad me pareció un despropósito semejante suma la tuve que pagar sino no me podía hospedar me sentí estafado lo bueno que el apartamento era muy lindo pero carecía de cosas en el baño como papel higiénico y jabones
