A modern style large 400 square foot beachfront studio apartment in Miami Beach with 180 degree ocean views of the crystal clear water and free parking.
The apartment features 2 queen size beds +Twin bed. fast and free unlimited 300mb WiFi Internet and a 55 inch insignia LED TV with Netflix and TIVO HD service 500 channels. While we have always had the highest standards of cleanliness, we have now taken it to another level by investing in an Electric ULV Fogger to be used between each guest.

Guest will have full access to the building including….

- Free and direct access to Beach no roads to cross
- Free access to onsite gym
- Free access to the Tennis Court

Great view!
The room view was as pictured. Room was clean and quiet. Checking in was ok. We ate at on site restaurant. Our server was very polite and attentive. Food was expensive and small portions, but it was also very very good! I do have two small complaints or suggestions. One the laundry, to fill the laundry card you need a 5 dollar bill, but there is nowhere to get change unless you buy something. Second suggestion, windows could use cleaning, normally i wouldnt care, but the best part of the room is the view.
