WORST HOTEL EVER !!!
This has been the worst experience ever ! It was a last minute trip, usually I’m very careful about reading reviews and experiences from other travelers, but this time I was in such a hurry that I did not… boyyy was that a mistake! The room was dirty, mattress dirty, pillows, towels dirty and old! You couldn’t control the room temperature! We spend one whole day without electricity, I’m pretty sure you can imagine the odor of that place! I booked for 3 nights, ended up staying just one, it was unbearable! Please don’t stay here, it’s horrible !!!

Nothing as advertised. Claimed they had shuttle from airport, parking and a cook on site …none of these things existed. Swept are own floor. Room was dirty, tub didn’t drain and was stained, shade did not fit window, grout missing in bathroom. Couldn’t get towels. Staff not friendly. Couldn’t answer any questions we had regarding area. People hanging out front of hotel and in lobby who were not guests. View out window which was filthy with fence and barbed wire as the view of closed hotel. Something sounded like it was gnawing in the wall. No controlling a/c. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Good location but was a rough hotel. (The price reflected this fortunately so I knew what I was in for). The elevator didn't work and the room smelled like cigarettes. Also the sheets on all the beds had various stains in them.

Walking distance to the ocean. Close to restaurants and bars. Bathroom was dirty water wouldn’t drain. Bad water pressure in the shower. Place smelled and welcoming and so did the rooms. Very smart TV. No complementary coffee. Very dirty and messy outside trashy

We stayed for 5 days, we had to change our garbages each day, we had to exchange our towels, no clean bedding, no broom to sweep floor, no furniture in the room. The elevator did not work. No storage for luggage. Staff not friendly. Upside-there is a fridge in the room and a hair dryer in the closet. This is called the Parisian Hotel when you arrive, not Ocean Suites.

Booked under the name “Ocean Beach Suites” upon arrival found out it was a split property between the names “Parisian” and “Geneva” each their own building. We were sent to the latter. It had no from desk staff so anything you needed, you had to walk next door. Housekeeping and towels were only provided if asked. We attempted to call down to front desk with the room phone but found the line to be cut behind the side table. We advised the front desk staff, to which he laughed and stated “yah, those are just for show”. On top of this, the rooms safe was permanently locked and the blow dryer, which was very dated did not work. Luckily a friendly maintenance man working across the hall took time out of renovating to find us a working replacement. Inside the room there was only a bed to sit on with one side table. No table or chairs. And definitely no ocean view, unlike the photos depict on Expedia. The plus side to all this, it’s within walking distance to the beach and to many lovely restaurants.
