Backyard Area: Featuring a full size grill with tons of outdoor entertaining space. A place where your guest can experience everything luxury and take some dope pics! 10 Person occupancy, Game room, Private Patio & Grill Bedroom 1- Master bedroom (1 king size bed sleeps 2, TV, Private Bathroom and closet) Bedroom 2- One full-size trundle bed (sleeps 3, Bed has another bed underneath that can be pulled out)TV, and closet Bedroom 3- One full-size trundle bunk bed (sleeps 5, Bed has another bed underneath that can be pulled out) TV, and closet Guest has access to the entire space. In case of a technical issue of any kind, management will have between 24-72 hours to repair. - Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. -Theres a designated area outside in the back yard patio for guests to smoke and deposed in ashtray. -A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house.
