The position of the property and the area are great, easy access to many hot spots. I would say a big inconvenience of Moxy is the size of the rooms. As a very skinny person I can say I am full of bruises because we all hitted so hard on everything around the room while walking around.

The Moxy was beautifully decorated but the rooms are very small (smaller than advertised) and there is limited storage (no closets). The front desk staff were not super knowledgeable of the property or how certain amenities worked. The poolside dining was great one day and subpar the next. The poolside staff were wonderful. Everyone was kind but the level of hospitality training for the staff did not match the decor.

The water in the pool is so cold that it is impossible to swim. Most people only admire its view from afar. The food in the restaurant is very expensive. They only took out the trash from the room, but did not clean it until we asked the cleaning lady to wipe the floor too. At the front desk they wanted me to pay the entire amount again, although everything was paid in advance. Otherwise, the hotel is normal.

The room we had was in need of a touch up and nothing like in the photos. It was also very noise at all times of the day. Housekeeping was also not cleaning the room and skipped the room for three days straight. Would not come back.

I liked everything about the property . The room was slightly smaller than a standard king-size room , but was well maintained and clean . I enjoyed the common area with the pool and the 24-h fitness center, with high-end equipment. An accommodation worth coming back.

The property is located in an accessible area. Within walking distance to the beach and transportation to get around is available. Bonus to learn that their Trolly buses are for free. The restaurants are nearby but I guess being at Miami Beach there’s numerous taxes added on top of your meals and gratuities are also included in your bill automatically. The hotel rooms are very small but is enough for sleeping purposes, the main thing for me is the accessibility so overall satisfied! Great stay for a short period of time!

This hotel is OK at best. Location is great but rooms are so small that they should only allow one person. Front desk staff in informative. You should let people know that the hotel has a deal with the lounge chair vendor at the beach. We did not know of this on pro first day and paid. We found out by accident at the beach the second day. We also observed another couple checking in and they also were not informed, they were informed of the pool. Go figure
